This program includes the professional operational inspection and testing of all listed equipment by a fully trained service technician. This service will ensure that equipment operates according to manufacturers' recommendations, seasonal requirements, and your needs. Testing will be performed to ensure proper sequencing and operation. Our highly qualified service technician will provide recommendations for additional maintenance and identify any worn, doubtful, or broken parts.

Preventive Maintenance Labor & Expenses

This program includes the highest level of professional preventive maintenance. Preventive maintenance services will be determined based on your objectives, risk tolerance, manufacturer's recommendations, and our industry experience. This level of professional preventative maintenance is designed to keep your mechanical assets operating at peak performance to maximize equipment life while reducing operating costs and energy consumption. This program includes all necessary maintenance supplies to implement our Professional Maintenance Program effectively.

Repair Labor & Expense After Initial Startup

This program includes the labor to repair or replace worn, failed, or doubtful components and parts by highly skilled and trained technicians. Also included are any supervisory personnel and helpers necessary to perform the scope of work.

Trouble Calls/ Emergency Calls Labor & Expense

This program includes emergency service labor to respond to any emergency 24/7/365! All technician travel and expenses incurred while performing this service are also included. You will receive "prioritized customer response"! This program is designed to minimize such emergencies, but should you need us, we will be there!

Movable & Maintainable Components and Parts (Approximately 75% of the unit's components)

This program includes repairing or replacing worn, faded, or doubtfully maintainable components and parts. This program includes the cost of maintainable components, parts, and supplies. Typical maintainable components and parts include compressors, motors, contactors, motor actuators, sensors, etc.
